We invite you to follow the practical progress in pictures. The photos present in reverse order the whole building process right from the beginning.
You can find some practical info about the guesthouse below
The land is in the village Livezeni (Jedd in Hungarian) on the border of the Hungarian and Gypsy community. It is 8 kms away from the center of Târgu-Mureș town and 22 kms far from Transylvania International Airport, 120 kms away from Avram Iancu Cluj-Napoca Airport. The guesthouse is positioned in the orchard of our land. Behind the guesthouse (where the rooms are facing) in the present there is an open field and orchard.
The guesthouse is entirely built of wood on 10 concrete pillars and it has a ground floor and an upper level.
The ground-space has 60 m² on the two floors together.
On the ground floor there is a terrace, kitchen, bathroom and a living room + a storage space under the stairs.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a corridor.
Under the house there is storage area for weather enduring stuff.
Being it used by one person, a family or a group of many (max 10 people can enjoy the comfort of a bed), the building is suitable for meals,, accommodation, organizing different occasions.
The house is booked on a first come, first served basis.
We would like to see the guesthouse used every day of the year. We welcome any of our friends and our friends’ friends.
The main purpose is to serve.
We sometimes have planned open meetings and occasions in the house to which we welcome anyone.
Most of the times however, we maintain discretion over who is using the house and for what reason. Therefore simply the word 'booked' appears on our calendar to show unavailable dates.
Naturally the house is used a lot spontaneously without previous booking.
