Guesthouse
1. Vision
The guesthouse is about serving through hospitality, its goal is to host anyone anytime who would like to rest, get refreshed, withdraw, go on an excursion, find a refuge, organize occasions and so on. We are eager to see it used every day of the year, being a blessing to many.
The vision was birthed when a friend wanted to give us some money for our ministry. We rejected her, saying that we don’t have a ministry; but she insisted, so we searched God for His guidance. This is when He laid on our hearts the idea of the guesthouse in Spring 2015.
We received one instruction with the idea: we shouldn't build this log cabin for guests from our own money. God showed us – in spite of it being a real challenge to us – that this guesthouse will get done from other sources, He will provide the necessary finances and this will be a great testimony building the faith of many.
The faith walk started. To the first small amount other small amounts were added. Jenci has built the house bit by bit. And now the guesthouse stands and testifies about God's faithfulness.
As a Biblical parallel we relate to the story of Elisha with the Shunnamite woman as described in 2 Kings 4, 8 - 10:
Now it happened one day that Elisha went to Shunem, where there was a notable woman, and she persuaded him to eat some food. So it was, as often as he passed by, he would turn in there to eat some food. And she said to her husband, “Look now, I know that this is a holy man of God, who passes by us regularly. Please, let us make a small upper room on the wall; and let us put a bed for him there, and a table and a chair and a lampstand; so it will be, whenever he comes to us, he can turn in there.”

Some practical info about the guesthouse
Location
​
The land is in Livezeni (Jedd in Hungarian) at the border of the Hungarian and Roma community. It is 8 kms away from the center of Târgu-MureÈ™ town and 22 kms far from Transylvania Airport, 120 kms away from Avram Iancu Cluj-Napoca Airport. The guesthouse is positioned in the orchard of our land. Behind the guesthouse (where the rooms are facing) in the present there is an open field and orchard.
Architecture

The guesthouse is entirely built of wood on 10 concrete pillars and it has a ground floor and an upper level.
The ground-space has 60 m² on the two floors together.
On the ground floor there is a terrace, kitchen, bathroom and a living room + a storage space under the stairs.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a corridor.
Under the house there is storage area for weather enduring stuff.
Usability
​
The main purpose is to serve.
We sometimes have planned open meetings to which we welcome anyone.
We maintain discretion over who is using the house and for what reason.

Naturally the house is used a lot spontaneously without previous booking.
